Chayka Hotel in the heart of the city of Karaganda is lavishly decorated with flowing mesmerizing fabrics and colour. The entrance hall automatically lifts your eyes upwards to the charming ceiling decor. Rooms are cosy, with sufficient space. Bedding was clean and fresh. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Staff was excellent in Chayka, responding to requests with speed, making every effort to communicate effectively. They even called in someone who knew English to interpret for us. In fact, they pampered me very much in this hotel. Meals were diverse, with Kazakh, Asian and European choices. I enjoyed Chayka. Many thanks to everyone there.
